This is a spacious horse ranch. It has beautiful rustic buildings, and spacious pastures. There are 100 acres. We welcome any discipline, but we mainly focus on English. It has five barns, each with twenty stalls. Each stall has a private paddock. We have four pastures right now, but we will probably add more when we get more acrage. The price to board is $50 a month, with the paddock. We have many great riding facilities, and you can come in and ride for just $10 a horse. Of course, if you board here, you can use these for free! You are welcome to bring your dog along to visit, but clean up after them and take them home when you leave! If you want training done for you, ask the owner, and she’ll give you her rates.

This ranch is unique. You come down a large dirt drive, canopied over by lush, large trees. Don't be afraid, we dont kill. When you enter the scenary, you see acres and acres of lovely land. In the front, is the Skye residence. A large lavender house with white trim. A mansion like place. Down the driveway, about 20 feet away is the first pasture. Where weanling foals play away, and away. The fences are a hard wooded white. Newly pained.
One the right side, parallel to the weanling foals pasture, is the mares pasture. It's long, and three acres wide. One acre is a wooded area, where mares go for shade in the hot days. Or, they drink from the crisp pond in the woods, having fun with every second. There is a cut off of free grass, but as you reach a big hill in the drive way, you enter the true land of Sincere Acres...
The land is open. And straight ahead are the bright red barns, with white trim. Typical. And to the right of the end barn, is the Round pen where the Skye's work there horses. It is borded over, do to horses trying to burst through the gate. But when you walk in, the land is soft, and deep. Good for show horses to lose weight.
The the end of the left barn, are many smaller looking pastures. Where each can have one stallion and one gelding together, if they get along. Overall, the land is very beautiful.

| Sablewood Stables (8 sub-boards)
Sablewood Stables is a big stable in itself. The property is boarded on 100 acres which is more then enough. The first sight of the stables may be intimidating. White fences, pristine pastures. The driveway is black cement, only newly laid and the drive up is bordered by big, old oaks. The house itself is just grand. It is newly done with stones and the landscape is brightly coloured with every kind of flower.
Once you move onto the stables you see that they were recently renovated. The barn is painted a bright white with a newly done roof, inside the barn is the indoor arena. The indoor arena is right in the middle of the barn with a fence going around. The horses pens are located all around the arena with bathing and tacking station located in various spots. The Boarders barn is also designed like this, with all the same facilities as the Main Barn. Beside the Main Barn is the outdoor arena which is much larger. On the other side of the barn there is also another arena used for warming up or waiting during a show. Past the outdoor arena is the pastures, one for all horses year round and a smaller pasture for stallions that must be kept away mares.
There are also paddocks for school horses who must be kept away from the bustle of the herd if they are to be timid.
The rest of the land if left for courses, like cross country. The jumps are fairly large but there is also a portion for those who are just starting out. There is also a mini racetrack for those who like to pursue this sport.
There are also many trails for those who just like the leisure part of horseback riding.
Sablewood Stables is open to boarders, with many spots still available. Though we are not a Breeding Facility and we do not have the proper equipment for multiple breeding each year.

As you turn from the main road you go for a long while upon a dark asphalt road, lined with birches. When you get within a mile of the stables you hit an incredibly smooth cobblestone pathway. As the birches part you can see pastures with round fences, horses of every shape and size running and playing. Mares with foals at heel grazing. Stallions of immense prestige and talent stand at stud here. The mares are all incredibly well lined and always drop gorgeous foals.
Boarders Welcome! Lots of room and fair rates! Discounts for multi-horse boarding. Just inquire at the big house.

You want run down, You'v found it.
About half way up Mount Elissa, You will find the large run down property belonging to the Turners. Whom them selves live else where in the country. They never used the property, just kept it as later investment.
The gate was falling off its hinges to start with. When you walked in there where small buildings on each side, on the left ment to be two stalls and on the right a feed shed and a tack room.
You continue forward and come to a small shed for keeping anything. To the right of this shed there is a small grassed paddock, lined with eletric fencing, suposivly ment to be a stallions yard, yet i dont think the electrisity has been running for years.
Beyond this stallions paddock is a large padock, going over two hills, A mares paddock guessed at first. Fresh with grass great for pregnate mares.
On the right of that shed is a house, run down with holes in the roof but its a house and with fixing it could be liveable. The house is in a small paddock, great for foals and there mothers or foals being weined. I guess there was no where else really to put them if so.
If you turned right at the house you would walk down to another padock. A large slope for another hill, but padock full of grass. Great for fillys and young geldings for building up muscle. Never have to lunge your young with this padock.
All the fences though are run down, half of them broken. It would take alot to get this place up and running again, Though Rose lee Turner thought she would be able to do it. To make it back into the Arabian stud it once was
